Compensation
- $65k–$120k projected total earnings
- Top performers earn $50+/hour
What You’ll Do
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues with accuracy and confidence
- Perform high‑quality repairs that exceed NEC standards—no shortcuts, no compromises
- Present homeowners with solutions, upgrades, and service recommendations that truly add value
- Communicate clearly with dispatch, management, installation, and parts teams to keep jobs moving
- Deliver 5‑star service and maintain a professional appearance at all times
What You Bring
- 2+ years of residential electrical experience (Journeyman required)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple jobs daily
- Comfort with technology, including Microsoft Office (ServiceTitan experience is a plus)
- A positive attitude, honesty, reliability, and a strong work ethic
Physical Capabilities
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Work in attics, crawl spaces, basements, and other confined areas
- Stand, kneel, bend, and climb ladders for extended periods
- Work safely in various outdoor weather conditions
- Use tools and equipment requiring strong manual dexterity
